This Five ★ Star, Four (4) bedroom home features 3 bedrooms and a Bunkroom with Two (2) bunk beds. Other amenities include a spacious back patio with a dining area and also a dining area on the front porch. This home features original local artworks and original art by the owner for a wonderful coastal flair.
This home is located in Blue Mountain Beach near Grayton Beach and Seaside Florida with shops, dining, tennis, golf and more! Only a short walk or drive to all of these local amenities. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance of this home include Red Fish Taco, Blue Mabel Restaurant & Bar, Cowgirl Kitchen, Redds Pub, Mimmo’s Italian restaurant, Thai 30A Cuisine, Jonny McTighes Irish Pub and The Blue Mountain Beach Creamery (best home made ice cream on the planet). Just a short drive to the World Famous Red Bar in Grayton Beach, or Seaside where the movie “The Truman Show” with Jim Carrey was filmed. Wonderful local shopping, or a short 20 minute drive to either Destin or Panama City for additional adventure, dining and entertainment. We are also a close drive to Watercolor, Rosemary, Seacrest or Allys Beach.
Blue Mountain Beach is a wonderful, largely undiscovered area with the best of both worlds and easy access to everything. Enjoy a golf cart rental or riding bikes on the many bike paths along the coastal beachside county road 30A just steps from our community.
A WELL EQUIPPED kitchen features all stainless steel appliances plus coffee machines for the coffee lovers. Just off the kitchen is a Weber Genesis gas grill for preparing wonderful grilled steaks. Publix grocery is located just a few miles away for easy access to everything you will need.
This home features the entire first floor for the kitchen and entertaining space with lots of room for large families to spread out and relax. A neighborhood park is close by for children to play and have great adventures as well as a community pool very short walk. Our neighborhood backs up to Point Washington State Forest with many trails for hiking and exploration. This is truly a unique area with homes by the Florida Coastal Dune Lakes, in a forest by the Gulf of Mexico. This unique combination doesn’t exist anywhere else in the world.

Summary: Such a pretty and spacious house! Great location to the beach if you have a golf cart of some sort. Says 5 min walk to beach access but we found it at least 10 other than that it was perfect and had a great stay!!

Summary: What a wonderful place to stay! Suncats is a beautiful, clean beach home. The hosts thought of everything - they had beach supplies, bikes, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a gift basket of treats for us upon check-in. We will be back! They also responded to us quickly when I had a question prior to check-in.

Summary: We loved SunCats!! The location is fabulous. We have stayed many times in Blue Mtn but this time was special because we felt right at home. This is the most well equipped house we have ever stayed in. The home is beautifully decorated and spacious enough for everyone to have their space but also, cozy enough for everyone to come together and watch a movie or play a game. We will definitely book again!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean & the neighborhood was quiet & cute. The beds were comfortable & the house is close to the pool (around a 2-3 min walk) & the beach (around 7 min adult pace & 10 min with a 4 yr old). It really was an easy walk with the cut through by the plaza. The kids enjoyed the 2 kid bikes provided & we appreciated having other pool & beach amenities available, especially the beach wagon & lots of beach chairs. The house is well furnished & the owners thought of just about anything you may need. We all enjoyed the balcony swing (very peaceful). We all enjoyed the games provided as well! The added touch of the goodie bucket upon arrival was very sweet! Overall, we had a wonderful time & highly recommended this house! We wish we would have known the pool only has a largest depth of around 4.5 feet, so no true "deep end", but we still had fun. Renting a golf cart may be helpful, but we made do without. Also, the inside steps are hardwood (slippery) & top bunk ladder is a bit hard to climb for our 7 & 9 yr olds. Note on things to bring: toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs. They did supply these things, but we ran out (we had 9 people). Also, be sure to bring shampoo, conditioner, soap/body wash, etc. A stepstool is helpful if you have young children to reach the sinks. We also wished we would have brought a travel mug for coffee/tea in the morning for a morning walk or walk to the beach.
